1. To undertake and execute and contracts for works involving the supply or use of any machinery and to carry out any ancillary or other works comprised in such contracts.
2. To render engineering, technical, management and other types of skilled services to all types of industry or organization in India or abroad, and without limiting the generality of the above, to act as consultants to firms, Companies, individuals, association of persons, Municipalities, Government of Quasi-Government Departments
3. To act as Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, electrical engineers, sanitary and water engineers.
4. To carry on the Business of water works in all branches and to sink well and shafts, and to build maintain reservoirs, infiltration, gullies and water works, centers, culverts, filter beds, mains, and other pipes and other appliances and to execute acts and things necessary or convenient for obtaining, storing, selling, delivering, measuring, distributing and dealing in water.
5. To acquire by lease, exchange or otherwise and carry on the business of manufacturers, suppliers, importers, exporters and dealers in refractory, goods, fire bricks, fire cements and acid proof bricks, fly ash brick, other bricks, cement, clinker grinder, inclination bricks, ceramic coating and other ceramic products including glassware and potteries and all types of minerals and chemicals.
6. To act as agents of any Company or concern and to do and perform all and singular the several duties, services and authorities appertaining to such offices respectively, and to comply with and to become bound by all restrictions, limitations and conditions
appertaining to such offices respectively or imposed by the terms of any agreement or agreements entered into for any purposes aforesaid.
7. To search for, get, works, raise, make merchantable, sell, export and deal in coal, iron, ironstone, brick earth bricks and other materials, minerals and substances and to acquire by purchase or otherwise patent-rights, goodwill established factories and mines for the
purpose of Company’s business.
8. To buy, sell, process, pack stones, tiles, earthenware, cement, lime timber, pozziana, stone, marble and pottery description, pipes, china, terracotta, ceramiware of all kinds and to carry on business of pavers and in artificial stones whether for building, paving or
for other purpose.
9. To take on lease or otherwise acquire, plant, cut and deal in forest or timber lands and estate of every description in connection with the objects of the Company.
10. To carry on all or any of the business of the manufacturers, dealers, exporters, importers of gases, welding equipments and all components and materials, stores and all substances, articles of a character similar or analogous to the forgoing or any of them or connected therewith.
11. To undertake, construct, lay any form of lawn, gardens, horticulture, swimming pools and stadia.
12. To undertake project supervision and render technique, legal and administrative assistance for improving the working of industrial and business concerns, corporations, institutions, Government and other bodies or persons within and outside India.
